Meet Jennifer Paxton, a former Medical Assistant Bootcamp student. Jennifer shared what helped her to be successful in the program was her classmates and instructors who aided in the transition to distance learning and made skills training so much fun! Jennifer attended SCE Spring 2020 and was hired her second week of externship at RPP Family and Elder Care with Dr. Patel. What she loves most is helping people and having the opportunity to treat every patient she encounters with the upmost respect and compassion that they deserve. Jennifer says, “I feel such pride and fulfillment every day I leave the office.”

Leah Baker is working at BrightStar Care as a clinical care coordinator and oversees scheduling and ensure they are meeting state standards. Leah gained the knowledge and skills to now work confidently alongside the director of patient care services. Sabrina Rodriguez, is working as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens Pharmacy. After Sabrina completed her course at SCE and was able to gain employment with the skills she learned in the virtual classroom, lab, and at the internship site. Her instructor guided her each step of the way and Sabrina is now on the career path she desired.
