Students have ended their first month of school and are moving forward strong! During their first week several students had nervous jitters but at its conclusion students were more comfortable. Much discussion about expectations and safety took place in the first couple of weeks and hands-on activities started. Our instructors provided students with scenarios to problem-solve, some classes introduced CPR, students were exposed to injection control, and we had our Dental class attend an orientation at Loma Linda University.
A lot has occurred in the first month of school such as students receiving their uniforms, last enrollments taking place, and new friendships forming. We ended the month saying good-bye to Summer and Hello to Autumn. We are very proud of the progress students have made and look forward to what October will bring.
